Tradable Bits is an award-winning tech company that helps music, entertainment, and sports brands build better fan experiences. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented web application support specialist to assist our customer success and development teams. You would be responsible for assisting clients with prompt, friendly and accurate help through different channels. While working with clients worldwide, you will communicate in a professional, helpful and engaging tone with a focus on efficiently finding the right solution with each client. We are seeking a driven self-starter with a passion for all things technology and digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who likes to get under the hood and understand how things work. You must work well with others, have excellent communication skills and take pride in managing your own schedule and workload. 


What You Will Do:

  • Quickly master the Tradable Bits platform and know the ins and outs of our complex, evolving technology
  • Efficiently troubleshoot reported issues or queries in detail to diagnose and differentiate between product and non-product issues in order to provide accurate, valid and complete information to our partners
  • Communicate with clients in an engaging, helpful and professional tone across all channels including email, phone and Slack.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to prioritize the client experience and streamline the resolution of any client concerns.
  • Assist our development team with QA for new product feature roll-outs and working closely with clients to identify bugs.
  • Support clients with their fan-engagement/digital activation campaigns via css and javascript customization.
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to maintain and improve our help documents, in-product prompts, FAQ’s and video training programs.


Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced JS, SQL, HTML, and CSS experience. 
  • CMS management experience.
  • Familiar working with databases, video encoding and live streaming service as asset
  • Understand what and why tracking/conversion pixels and cookies are used for.
  • Understanding modern web tracking technologies and network stacks.
  • Understanding the difference between Native and Web apps.
  • Experience in a multi-channel environment (Phone/Slack/Email)


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a product or technical support role
  • Proven software implementation experience in a SaaS or web-based environment
  • Managing CMS systems like Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of third-party campaign management platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and AdWords is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or French is a bonus, but not required
